Life is a test. We are not present on earth to just exist; we are here to learn. Life is a lesson. Love one another unconditionally. Love thyself unconditionally. We spend our whole lives learning to do this. Some succeed and some never have a clue. I'm trying. Love my fellow man. Don't react and don't always have to be right. This is one I'll have to work on for the rest of my life. Appreciate each day and recognize positive and negative as a part of life's experiences. Look around me and see life at it's best. The joys of living come as you strive to achieve your dreams. Its the quality of each day that is important, not the distant dream once achieved. Teach and nurture my children. You can never give them too much love. -Randa Jex 1/1/94

August 10: My Latest Creation

After you surrender your life saving just to purchase apple products (although I have come to find out it is worth every last penny!), the last thing I wanna do is pay for a case. It was Zach's grand idea but as soon as we got home from our Baton Rouge shopping adventure, I made this neat little travel snuggly for my new baby. I think I am going to sew a coordinating zipper pouch for all the cords.

Oh and while visiting the big BR, we enjoyed a nice lunch at the Cheesecake Bistro with Lauren and Madison. Love em!! Lauren and I promised to visit each other more often since we are so close these days!!! We decided our next adventure will be the haunted Antebellum homes in St. Francisville in October (not really haunted- just turned into haunted houses for Halloween).

I may have missed you walking your dogs in the neighborhood, but now I've found you on the super highway!

PS Randa will roll over in her grave when she hears you went to Fat Mama's,

make me one! can we? can we? I just got a new laptop for work and I want a cute case but I don't want to pay a millin bucks for it! I was thinking about investing in a jon hart - but then I realized that I have a daughter who needs hearing aids more than I need a jon hart computer bag!
